Each week take a peek into the life and legacy of some very interesting people.

Kitchener Connections is an interactive, telephone-based, social and recreational program that aims to keep older adults active and engaged in their community from the comfort of their own home.

Please note: Registration is required for all Kitchener Connections programs as space is limited. For more information or to register for Kitchener Connections, call (519) 741-2382. Registration is simple and only requires participants to complete a simple intake form over the phone. Registered participants are welcome to sign up for one or more daily program sessions offered throughout the week.
