The City of Kitchener has received applications for a Modification to a Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision and a Zoning By-law Amendment to facilitate the addition of lands, municipally known as 2091 Bleams Road, into the Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision, and to rezone 2091 Bleams Road from ‘Agricultural’ to a ‘Low Rise Residential’ Zone. The Zoning By-law Amendment Application also proposes to change several zone regulations to the draft approved subdivision lands, including reduced lot width, lot area, and rear yard setback requirements for single and semi-detached buildings, and additional relief for townhouse and multiple residential dwellings.
