Event Details:

Tasting the food of the gods- Savouring the deep teachings embedded in cacao, chocolate, and the spiritual ecology of chocolate foods inspired by Mexico Profundo

Our goal at ChocoSol is to make chocolate foods that are good for mind, body, and soil, and that participate in the cradle to cradle seasonality of food communities and cultures. The Mexican inspired days of the Dead are an opportunity to feed the age-old hunger we have to remember and honour our beloved ancestors, seed savours, and the nobility of human agri-cultures.
