The City of Kitchener has received applications for an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment to facilitate the development of the site with a mixed use development consisting of two towers (25 and 30-storeys) atop a 7-storey podium having a Floor Space Ratio of 7.8, with 726 dwelling units, 1892 square metres of commercial space, and having 501 parking spaces.
