The City of Kitchener has received applications to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to facilitate the proposed development of a mid-rise multiple residential dwelling, 6 storeys and 21 metres in height, having a Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 2.4, with 64 dwelling units, 52 underground and surface parking spaces and 53 bicycle spaces.

This meeting is your opportunity to:
