This past year was full of many unknowns, changes, and uncertainty. We know it has been hard. Join us for this 8- week course where the focus is YOU! We will be focusing on creating or adding to your wellness toolkit, including yoga, body positivity, self-care, and resiliency, and practicing gratitude. You will also learn about healthy eating and food preparation (Each week there will be a food component prepared by the group!). Together with staff, we hope to foster a positive and supportive environment where participants can learn from one another and create new friendships.
