Sensory Awareness and Mindfulness in Nature Workshop - This event has already occurred
Opportunities to release stress and rejuvenate are all around us when we know where to look for them. This workshop will share the benefits of sensory awareness and mindfulness and introduce you to a variety of practices that you can incorporate into your nature experiences to create a powerful wellness practice.

This program runs rain or shine but will be cancelled or re-scheduled if severe weather is expected. The instructor will send additional information and meeting location to registered participants in advance of the first class.
Program participants will be asked to screen for COVID-19 symptoms and exposure risk. Program participants will also be asked to follow safety precautions, such as physical distancing, for the duration of the program.
