Neighbourhood Information Meeting - Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment (210 Heritage Drive)

The City of Kitchener has received an application from Pioneer Tower Homes Inc., proposing to redevelop the subject lands at 210 Heritage Drive with a 26-unit stacked townhouse development (multiple dwellings) with surface parking. The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone the site from Residential Three zone (R-3) to Residential Six zone (R-6) to permit the proposed development. In addition, the Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to include site-specific permissions for increased building height, increased Floor Space Ratio, and reduce the required parking rate.
This meeting is an opportunity to:
- Become informed on the details of the proposed development,
- Ask questions to the applicant and staff regarding the proposal, and
- Provide comments related to the proposal.
